The goal of AFFC is to compassionately, faithfully, and professionally serve Alabama's first responders, to offer peace and comfort to those on the front line of public safety during their time of need.
OUR OBJECTIVES
MISSION
To seek out and train spiritually grounded men and women with strong, personal faiths willing to prepare and have a desire to serve first responders and their families in times of crisis.
PURPOSE
To provide certified training, networking, resources, and fellowship - all the while enabling fire chaplains to come alongside first responders for spiritual and emotional support - regarding difficult and traumatic events.
VISION
To have trained chaplains in every fire department, available 24/7, to every first responder and their family.
